Applications and all attachments for the Community Development Block Grant must be submitted to the City of Grand Junction electronically no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, March 24, 2023. By completing this form online, and submitting attachments with it, the form and attachments will automatically be delivered to the CDBG Administrator, Kristen Ashbeck. If you have questions, please contact her at 970-244-1491 or kristena@gjcity.org.

You will be prompted to attach the additional files at the end of the submittal process (after clicking the Finalize and Submit button). Some of the attachments are required. The form will not be submitted if you do not attach all required documents, or if any file is too large (250MB max).

Please Note: You may wish to prepare your answers in a Word document and then copy / paste the answers into the online form. For reference purposes, a blank copy of the form may be printed by clicking the printer icon to the left of the form. Alternatively, you can save your partially completed form by clicking the Save icon to the left of the form.
