The Commission shall be composed of no less than three voting members who shall be appointed by a majority of all members of the City Council. The Commission shall consist of at least two of the at least one resident(s) of the City who is not a licensed attorney, members shall be licensed attorneys engaged in the practice of law who are residents of the City or maintain or regularly practice law within the City. With respect to the members who are licensed attorneys, one prosecuting attorney and one defense attorney shall be appointed. You must be a city resident to apply.
